Miriam Margolyes made her Sheffield DocFest debut over the weekend, appearing alongside long-standing collaborator and director Simon Draper in a conversation chaired by Lana Salah, Creative Director at Rex TV. 

Using their latest collaboration, the documentary Miriam Margolyes Made Me Me, as a starting point, Miriam reflected on truth-telling and humour, exploring why bold storytelling matters in an increasingly polarised and fragile public sphere.
