Maisy Jacobs and Olivia Brogan named in Broadcast’s Hotshots 2026

Congratulations to Maisy Jacobs and Olivia Brogan, who have been named in Broadcast’s Hotshots 2026 – the annual list recognising the industry’s brightest emerging talent.

Maisy was celebrated for her versatility and commitment across a wide range of productions, from Special Ops: To Catch a Criminal to the upcoming Rob & Rylan’s Greek Odyssey. Broadcast praised her ability to thrive across every stage of production, from research and development through to shooting, producing and directing.

Olivia was recognised for her outstanding work at Brook Lapping, where she has played a key role in securing interviews with world leaders and senior political figures, helping bring landmark documentaries including Putin vs the West, Live Aid at 40 and the recent Brexit: A Very British Civil War to audiences. Her first producer/director credit on Brexit marks another major milestone in an already impressive career.
