David Marshall speaks to Broadcast about his ambitions for Tern
Tern’s David Marshall recently spoke to Broadcast about his ambitions for the label across quizzies, shiny floor entertainment formats and digital as he takes on his new role as Creative Director: “Going forward I want Tern to be known for authentic entertainment, made in the nations and watched around the world.”
“There’s a real opportunity to position Scotland as a centre of excellence, not just for quiz and property, but for reality competition and high-end entertainment formats. Having The Traitors on our doorstep is great, let’s try and build on that.”
He also highlighted the importance of building on Tern’s 38 year legacy, “for Tern 2.0, the focus is on a really strong pipeline that complements our factual and specialist factual strengths.”
We are excited to see what Tern does next.
