Brexit: A Very British Civil War Secures International Sales

Zinc Distribution has secured early international sales for Brexit: A Very British Civil War, the new two-part documentary from Brook Lapping.

Licensing agreements have been secured with BBC Select for North America, including Canada and the Caribbean, as well as BBC News Arabic, BBC News Persian, BBC News Ukraine, BBC News Russia and RTÉ in Ireland.

The 2 x 60’ series tells the inside story of the year that changed the course of British history, marking the tenth anniversary of the EU referendum. Featuring interviews with key figures including David Cameron, Boris Johnson, Nigel Farage, Michael Gove, George Osborne, Gordon Brown and Jeremy Corbyn, the series reveals what happened behind closed doors as Britain voted to leave the EU.

Following its premiere on BBC Two, the documentary attracted 800,000 viewers and an 8.3% audience share, alongside strong reviews from The Telegraph, The Guardian and the Financial Times.

The series is produced by Brook Lapping and distributed internationally by Zinc Distribution.
