9/11: The Unseen Footage Coming To Channel 5

9/11: The Unseen Footage, the new feature-length documentary from Atomic Television, will air on 5 on Saturday 29th August at 9pm.

Marking 25 years since the attacks, the 90-minute film offers an immersive account of one of the defining events of modern history, using previously unseen footage captured by Reuters journalists at the scene and in the days that followed.

A collaboration between Atomic Television and Reuters Archive, the documentary reveals how the events of 9/11 unfolded through footage that has never been seen before. Paired with eyewitness testimony, including from people sharing their experiences publicly for the first time, the film provides a different perspective on the day and how New York and its people responded as the world watched.

9/11: The Unseen Footage was directed and produced by Trevor Manning, with Stephen McQuillan serving as Executive Producer for Atomic Television.
