TV Diversity Work Experience Programme
We recognise that most young people face barriers to entering work through lack of experience, confidence guidance and support. It is considerably harder for those that are from Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic (BAME) or economically disadvantaged backgrounds and who are underrepresented in the workforce and most importantly within the TV industry.
The aim of the programme is to provide the next generation of diverse young talent with some key skills and experience and exposure within our industry that will give them confidence and belief that they can take with them to secure and sustain employment.
Duration: 3 weeks
Our Work Experience Programme gives wide experience in TV Production, ranging from development of ideas, pre-production, production and post-production.
Candidates will benefit from shadowing staff, observing work, joining in where appropriate.
