Account Executive Internship

Our teams broadly span sales, account teams, creative studio and digital production.


We are looking for an inspiring Intern for 3 to 6 months who will make a significant contribution to our business. The intern will shadow and work closely with the account teams to deliver campaigns for key accounts and be responsible for supporting teams with: research, copywriting, dealing with enquiries, reporting and providing a quality service to the clients to not only retain, but also develop and grow the accounts.


As an Account Executive intern, you will:
• Have daily involvement and provide support to the account team
• Carry out designated research into specific subject areas
• Draft copywriting for resource materials (web/print) as applicable
• Reporting on product, web and campaign data with analysis – Google analytics, trend commentary etc
• Be confident and familiar with marketing disciplines, particularly social and email campaigns
• Assistance in creation of PowerPoint presentations
• Generate and follow timelines of individual projects
• Understand budgets requirements for each project
• Liaise with internal departments to keep abreast of project process
• Gain extensive knowledge of specific client programmes and brand awareness of the client’s specific business
• Keep detailed contact reports from meetings
• Happy to get your hands dirty and support where necessary

Ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:

• Educated to degree level, minimum 2:1
• High level skills in Microsoft office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Ability to multi-task
• A creative thinker and an energetic team player
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
• Enthusiastic, organised, proactive and ambitious
• Desire to progress a career in digital communications
• Passionate about what you do
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

• Earn £15,000 – £17,000 a year dependent on experience plus travel allowance
